BY-LAWS OF LUNA PARK HOUSING CORP.

A by-law is a rule or law established by an organization or community to regulate itself, as allowed or provided for by some higher authority. The higher authority, generally a legislature or some other government body, establishes the degree of control that the by-laws may exercise.

LUNA PARK HOUSE RULES

These rules do not limit or supersede any municipal or governmental laws, codes, ordinances or regulations; nor do they limit the shareholder’s personal common sense and judgment for health, safety and cleanliness of the premises.

These House Rules may be added to, amended, or repealed at any time by resolution of the Board of Directors. Complaints regarding violations of these House Rules must be made in writing to the Managing Agent.
